In this project, a community center is being created in Poblenou, Barcelona. On the site there is preserved facades from former industrial buildings. These have been meticulously restored and thoughtfully integrated as integral elements of the design. By making one more facad like the old one and place it a few meters offset from the old, a captivating and innovative architectural composition is achieved, blending the old with the new. The layered facades not only create spatial qualities, but also offer intriguing passages and transitions, enticing visitors to embark on an exploration.

The project strives to honor and preserve the site's industrial heritage while transforming it into a vibrant and dynamic gathering place for the community.
